About the room
The Aquarius room has a surface area of 46 m². With a length of 11.6 m, this is also our longest meeting room. The room is 4 m wide and 2.6 m high. The number of places that can be provided depends on the chosen room layout.
Location
Aalst Meeting Center is centrally located, barely 20 minutes from Ghent and Brussels, and is also easily accessible via the E40 motorway. There are also ample parking facilities.
Technology
Each meeting room is equipped with all the technical and practical materials associated with a contemporary business accommodation. Each room is pleasantly furnished and has plenty of natural light. Our meeting rooms are located on the ground floor for easy access (also with regard to wheelchairs, for example). The Business Lounges - with terraces - are accessible by elevator (5th floor).
