Upon arrival, a very warm welcome. And what a great staff. No question is too much for them, and what a cosy atmosphere by have. Thinking along for any wishes and really make you feel at home as a guest. The room was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and fresh ... Sauna was great. Car can be parked in the private car park. Was really able to enjoy some Me-time. I recommend it to everyone for a holiday feeling and what a nice friendly staff. Returned home fully rested and with a smile. I will definitely return here.

Aalst is worth visiting again

I received a free upgrade to a much more spacious room. The bathroom was also super-luxurious. In the evening, I had a nice beer on a terrace in the city centre. This was within walking distance. I also came across a little church. I was there for business purposes, but Aalst is worth visiting again.

Very nice overnight stay! The bed was good, everything needed was there. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is close to the shopping streets and a 10minute walk from the train station. We were welcomed and spoken to by friendly staff. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are making a multi-day trip to Aalst!

Best hotel in Aalst. Stayed for 2 weeks. Great room, perfect bed, shower and also little balcony. the room was spotless very clean. Internet worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good quality with lots of variety and excellent teas and coffee. But the most important is the professionalism and the curtesy of the staff from cleaners to the owner. Absolutely well trained and very kind. I had a medical operation and had to put on compression socks at night, the staff had noted my need and each evening one will come up and help me put the socks on as I was on my own. I felt really at home. the owner is so down to earth and works throughout. Assisted in restaurant booking when it was all full and after closing hours etc ... The receptionists Marino, Joel and Anthe were absolutely great. Thank you for a very comfortable stay 🙏 Oh and very central location near everything in Aalst.

We were at this hotel for an event where we used a meeting room and catering provided by the hotel. Very much to our liking. The room met our requirements, the people at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, and the food in the afternoon was very tasty and light. So, nothing to complain about!

Rooms are average size, very modern and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is decent and adequate. The freshly squeezed orange juice maker is a nice touch! The bread is changed daily and delicious. Underground parking is €15-20 p/night and worth it because parking in the town centre is difficult. The bar area provides a pleasant area for drink, its a shame the restaurant doesn't offer an evening menu apart from a few casual dishes. Front reception is professional and friendly.

My choice of hotel for business in Belgium. Very convenient, clean, comfortable, quiet. The breakfast is good, there is a machine that squeezes the oranges right on the spot, it is pretty cool. Parking on site. The front desk personnel is super polite and so is the bar and restaurant people. There are shoe shining machines in every floor! The gym is a bit basic, do not spect to keep your muscle building routine there but for me is pretty adécuate. Overall I am very satisfied with the hotel overall. Will be coming back.

Very well located hotel in this city between Ghent and Brussels, close to the shops and the market. Very pleasant host who speaks French. The room is top notch and fully equipped. Very good breakfast with something for everyone, including freshly squeezed orange juice 😋. Pay parking but very practical and secure.

Excellent This hotel has pleasantly surprised me. It was not too big, but quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had excellent choices no matter you would like, all fresh and well organized. It was located in the centre of the city, walking distance to Grote Markt, stations, restaurants, bars and shops. Saturday there was a market close by. I would stay there again without hesitation. Highly recommend!
