5.2Contact form – form for requesting a quotation

When the visitor makes use of the contact form on the website, Keizershof Hotel will only store and use this information in order to be able to contact the visitor and to provide him with the requested service, in order to be able to provide him with the requested service, and to contact the customer via (electronic or ordinary) mail in case Keizershof Hotel can reasonably assume that the customer can benefit from the information provided.

 

When sending the contact form, the visitor will be requested to tick a box by which he gives explicit consent to the processing of his personal data in accordance with this privacy statement.
