Your health and safety, also our priority

We want to do everything possible to make your next stay in our hotel as comfortable and safe as possible. That’s why we have taken a few measures, putting your health and safety first, without compromising on quality and service.

These are the precautions we are taking.

Washing hands
All our employees are required to wash hands every 30 minutes if necessary. Alcohol gel is also provided.

Materials
All the materials used to come into contact with our customers and employees are disinfected several times a day.

Uniforms
Our employees wear a washed uniform every day and complete it with gloves and mouth mask.

Solo working

In our kitchen, bar and reception we apply the principle of solo working. Per department and per shift there is 1 employee working. In this way we ensure social distancing.

Sick or unwell

Employees who show symptoms of illness or are unwell are not allowed on the work floor.

Keep your distance

Social distancing must always be respected, both in contact between customers and among employees. We see to it that no hands are given. Hugging or kissing during greetings between employees is also forbidden.

Suppliers

Suppliers deliver their goods via an extra sanitized, enclosed gateway. Only authorized employees are allowed in the kitchen area.

Offer

Buffets and menus are adjusted in a compact situation to avoid long preparation times and table moments. Late start times for dinners and multi-course menus are not recommended.

Breakfast

We are converting the daily breakfast buffet into a Grab & Go concept indefinitely (see more below). The reduced offer is offered in pre-packed items with the possibility of take-away.

Floor markings

In our kitchen, bar, reception and dining areas a ground mark has been applied to avoid contact less than 1.5 metres.

Restaurant, bar & meeting rooms

The breakfast restaurant is only used during breakfast and is closed after cleaning. The meeting rooms, including equipment, are thoroughly cleaned after each use. We ask you to leave the table layout, number of chairs/tables in the bar. All tables, chairs and other furniture are fully disinfected after each use.

Lobby

Items that invite to break social distancing, such as seating corners, fresh fruit corners and water dispensers, are removed.

Room Service & Comfort Food @ our Bar

The Room Service menu has been adjusted and we now provide meals prepared in house. You can now also order these dishes 24/7 in our Bar and do not have to eat them in your room.

What about your hotel room?

It looks a bit different for the time being. The minibar will be empty. The refreshments are no longer there either. Ballpoint pen and other writing utensils have also been removed. And the beautiful bed runners and decorative cushions? They’re no longer allowed.

All furniture in the room and bathroom has been carefully disinfected. We pack the remote control in a plastic bag after disinfection. Room Service is still possible, but from now on you can also order the dishes in the bar.

Grab & Go breakfast

Our food culture will look different for the time being. In order to comply with the guidelines, we apply Grab & Go.

What does this mean?

  • Yoghurt, fruit salad, granola’s and toppings remain our eye-catchers during breakfast and we only offer them in individual packaging.
  • Bread is limited to small size. Our staff will serve you.
  • All other individually packaged products are retained.
  • On request, our staff can make a take-away package for you.
  • On-site breakfast remains possible, provided that social distancing and general hygienic precautions are respected.
  • Our employees serve our hot products with gloves.
  • When using the coffee machines, we ask you to disinfect your hands.

We also pay due attention to these aspects

  • We avoid direct contact with food and serving materials.
  • We closely monitor that the food chain remains as short as possible.
